Our required deposit is 50% of the rental. The deposit is due within 10 days of booking unless you book within
30 days of arrival. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel, you will receive a full
refund, less $50, if we are able to rebook the unit at the rate you had booked it. We will retain the rent
for the days we are not able to rebook. If you cancel and if we must discount in order to rebook the unit,
we will retain $50 plus the daily differential between the rate you booked and the discounted rate.
We only accept checks (personal, travelers, cashier) and money orders.
